A few things I’ve learned along the way 🤎

Building ROF-Style has taught me more than I ever could have planned for. Some lessons came from getting things right, plenty came from getting things wrong, and most came simply from figuring it out as we went.

I still don’t have a five-year plan. I still follow my gut more often than I follow the rulebook. And I still believe that creating something you genuinely love, with people you genuinely love working with, matters more than trying to do things the way you’re “supposed” to.

These are a few of the things I’ve learned building ROF-Style. I’m sure there are plenty more still to come.

Last week we got together as a team.
Some have been with us from the very beginning, others joined more recently.

But one thing is certain: when your team turns into friends, and you still choose to spend time together outside of work, you know you’re doing something right.

We’re incredibly proud of this crew. Missing a few faces here, but already dreaming up our next work road trip.

So excited for what’s ahead. This really does feel like just the beginning 🤎

Vertegenwoordigd door het boekings- en managementbureau Outcast Agency, zal hij binnenkort zijn nieuwe EP uitbrengen bij een platenlabel uit Berlijn, precies op de avond van ons evenement!
