Happy Hoops x 🇨🇦.

@datrobenjamin is from Montreal, Quebec, and currently plays college basketball in America. He’s been through a lot of adversity, including a season ending injury last year, but he always finds a way to push through and keep smiling and playing basketball. That encapsulates a lot of what Happy Hoops is about, positivity x basketball. We are glad to have Ben as a rep from Canada. He also has his own YouTube channel documenting his basketball journey and it’s a great place to see what raw basketball and student athlete life is like. (PS : he’s repping the breakfast club t shirt in a large 🏀✌️)

* NEW OFFICIAL PR ALERT 🚨 *

No long talk. 315 lbs FRONT SQUAT
Trained a couple months to get to this level but I can finally say I have achieved something new 💯 The man behind is my dad, my hype man, my inspiration and to this day he has my back 🙏🏼 Look at us recreating a special pose right when I get up 🤣

** The second post is me FAILING a rep with the same weight… 2 weeks before. What’s important to know about this is that it is OK to fail. In order to succeed, you will fail..👀
What matters is your mind 🧠 !
You need to be mentally strong to learn how to face FAILURE. #KEEPGOING 🦍

* BENCH PR WEEK ALERT 🚨 *

What’s poppin guys?

I’m back with another upper body video, i’m sorry. This post really sums up the work i’ve put in since October 2020 when they closed the gyms..✍🏼

I just hit one of my lifetime goals which is to bench press 225lbs like a professional football player at a combine. Growing up, i’ve always looked up to this these pro NFL players during their combines and this particular challenge is what drives me the most while working out !!💯

Enough said, let’s look at the numbers💀:

First video shot on a Friday
225lbs for 20 reps

Second video shot on Monday (same week)
245lbs for 12 reps

I consider these numbers absolutely BEAST, but nothing stops me to aim for more‼️ #OnTheRoadTo25
