Today would have been our sweet Kobe’s 17th birthday. He passed unexpectedly recently, and we miss him dearly. I believe our precious pets go to heaven, so I’m wishing him the Happiest Heavenly Birthday. My daughter, Annie, wrote a poem to remember our Little White Cloud ❤️.

We love you and miss you, birthday boy!

6 years ago to the day, I took this beautiful, anxiety ridden, educational, and passionate leap of faith into the world of camera assisting, in the film industry. In that 6 years I’ve explored more than I ever thought I would, married my best friend and loml @michaelamasonfilms, and pushed myself harder than I’ve ever had to. These past years I’ve met some incredible people. People that have become more than colleagues, but family. People who have shaped me into the individual I’ve become.

I’ve learned what it means to have structure and balance in my life. When going the extra mile actually means traveling 5 more. What mental health really encapsulates….when I need to pause and take a deep breath. I’ve grown, I’ve matured, I’ve learned, and I am still learning. Cheers to the years still yet to come.
