The era of the SPEED FEED is here!!

Don’t be fooled out there with other low market treadmills. This is the only one of its kind and the only one on the east coast. It’s also the only one to develop true top end speed!

Don’t believe us? If you DM us, commit to 2x week training on it for a month and don’t get faster on the ground, we will give you your money back!!!

Speed is priceless. Everyone wants it but few take the actual steps to build it. If you want to become a faster, stronger and more resilient athlete, you know where to find us.

Clips from college group this morning. Had around 25 total college athletes in two sessions. Seeing some impressive progress in just a few short weeks. If you’re not tracking, how will you see progress?

Training For Speed.
.
.
We use a slight incline to create the perfect environment for speed development. Incline sprints naturally put athletes in a forward lean, demanding greater ground force, while also shortening contact time and promoting a powerful knee drive. Running up a hill requires you to apply force quickly and efficiently, just like sprinting at max velocities.

If you’re looking to get faster, DM us “speed” to talk with a coach today!
