June was, without doubt, the best-ever month TDP has ever had as an agency... literally ever.

In fact, writing this caption, and loading this piece of content is something we’re going to save as soon as it goes live on Instagram here so that we can forever come back to June 2026 and remember it as the month where:

Everything we’ve ever prayed for > was realised, and all o' the good karma we’ve spent over a decade putting out into our little pocket of the internet > came back to us, tenfold.

[and we don’t say that lightly].

🥹 Because we have genuinely never, ever been in a better spot than we are right now.

We’re hitting the goals we used to only whisper about.
The culture is the strongest it’s ever been.
The team feels magnificent.
We’re challenging each other... but respectfully.

We’re not sitting in fake, artificial harmony where nobody says the hard thing. We’re saying the hard thing. We’re stretching each other. We’re pulling ourselves out of comfort zones and into very real growth zones.

And the most beautiful part? Our people feel good being there.

That’s the bit we're proudest of, actually.

Some way, somehow, here we are... in a season where the standards are sky-high, the momentum is almost overwhelming, the wins keep rolling in, and the room still feels good.

It feels safe.
It feels electric.

[it feels like the kind of workplace Iwe spent close to x12 years trying to build].

June 2026.

Our best month ever.
Our winning season, in full flight.

[and a month I don’t think any of us will forget for a very long time].

In honour of Neurodiversity Pride Day tomorrow, we celebrated in the most TDP/most "me" way possible:

...with little tubs of my favourite Autistic safe food.

🥔 Mashed potato.
🥔 Just mashed potato.

No steak.
No garnish.
No “and what would you like with that?”

Just.
The mash.

And yes, I am absolutely the kind of person who will order mashed potato - and just mashed potato - at a restaurant, ***provided I’m around *safe* people who won’t make me feel like I need to launch into a TED Talk explaining why that’s the perfect meal. [lol]

In 2025, when I was absolutely up-against-it as a Founder and dragging myself to most Fridays feeling completely defeated, I developed a very specific coping mechanism:

🥔 UberEats’ing mashed potato from @thestationhotelfootscray.

[apparently I did this often enough that I earned a title among the workers there: “solo mash girl.”].

Which is, frankly, one of the greatest titles I’ve ever received.

[lol].

And then - because life is camp - I was there in-person one day with my husband, bro-in-law, and sis-in-law… and the team there realised I was the famous solo mash girl.

[like some kind of local celebrity, but for emotional support carbohydrates. #lol].

So yes, this year at TDP, Neurodiversity Pride Day was marked with a round of little containers of mashed potato in the office.

Because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s normalising neurodivergence in all its forms... including the deeply specific, slightly iconic, very-autistic joy of a safe food that just ✨gets you✨

Happy Neurodiversity Pride Day for tomorrow to all who celebrate.

May your safe foods be available, your sensory needs be respected, and your mashed potato always arrive hot.
