Calaway Live 2026⭐️

This last summer goes to the little girl who would dance for hours in her basement, pretending to be on stage singing and dancing for hundreds of people. Little did she know, her dream wasn’t too much to be true.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for this opportunity. To get to dance and perform every day, weather was it in front of small or huge crowds, alongside people I love and admire; I couldn’t ask for more. This job was truly a dream come true. Forever grateful to C-Live and the Calway team who made everyday of my summer worth living.

Where do I even begin?

Three years of learning and growing with these lovely people has become an inseparable part in my life. I will always remember all the sweat, tears, and joy, and carry bits and pieces of memories shared with one another through the rest of my life. I am really glad I got to be on this journey with these beautiful souls.

Love you guys lots, thank you guys for making my Highschool years filled with laughter and happiness. I’m so lucky to have experienced this.🤍

Still reminiscing on last weekend…✨

The teachers, the dancers, the faculty, this place truly is incredible. I was so inspired by all of the wisdom and talent in one place. This place and these people will always hold a special place in my heart, orange forever. 🧡

Oh CLI, I have so many words for you but not enough space, but I’ll try. The first day I showed up I was so nervous because I never have been properly trained in dance so I knew I would struggle, but it was almost a slap in the face of reality of how untrained I am. I kept pushing though and everyone there encouraged me when I felt down and I am so grateful for everyone❤️ Even though I struggled, I learned so so so much that I will carry with me forever. I am going to train hard and come back stronger next time💪 Thank you to all the choreographers and mentors that pushed me as well, I might not have remembered the full dance but I remember every word you said to me and I’m soaking it all in. Until next time CLI……🫶 AND I did all of this with arthritis! 👏

CLI Spring Intensive Session 2 💃🏾

This was a very nerve wracking experience at first because this is the first time I’ve ever done an intensive since I got into dance 🥲. But in this short weekend, I learned sooo much about myself and about dance in general, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful faculty and fellow participants at the CLI Conservatory.

All the mistakes, all the good takes, and all the “you ateeee”’s made this such a pleasant experience. I left feeling so inspired by all the people I met, and I hope I can do something like this again soon 🙏🏾

Huge thank you to @missandyej @ericcdelgado and @chmira_ for teaching insaneee choreo and also being there for all of us throughout the intensive 🫶🏾 (I’ll post vids to Chmira’s choreo soon I have to let it marinate haha..)
