Love watching David keep breaking PBs and doing things he never thought he could 💪🏼

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of creating the launch film for the new @anytimerandwick with Sydney Roosters stars @JessicaSergis @Jasmin.Strange and @ConnorWatson1.

Six months later, Jess and Jasmin are NRLW Premiers, Connor helped the Roosters through their finals campaign and the Roosters walked away with an incredible NRL + NRLW Premiership Double!!

And the wins haven't stopped there...

Since opening, Anytime Fitness Randwick has welcomed more than 1,000 new members through its doors.

Congratulations to Jess, Jasmin, Connor, the Roosters and the whole Anytime Fitness Randwick team. Wins all round. 🏆

“There is some good left in this world. And it is definitely worth fighting for”

I got back from touring overseas not long ago so I thought this was a good way to go and see some of you as it’s been so long. You all show up for me so I want to show up for you.

We are all in this together. We all end up the same way.. so why not try to be kind and do things for others with the time we have? That’s the world I want to live in and I do live in. Whether it’s delivering a pizza, a conversation or a simple message, it all adds up to something.

When you go through pain, you want to help others so you can try to limit suffering. Little moments as such are the most special - at least to me.

My glass is more than full. Fuckin overflowing. I am so happy I got to hug you all, smile with you and laugh. Shoutout to @itslewko for doing these crazy things with me and being the best.

I’m sorry to those who I couldn’t make it to this time around. I will be doing this as much as I can wherever I am. So I promise I’ll get to you all soon.

One thing I am so big on

Is not looking at the end outcome you are trying to accomplish

At the start of a set the number of reps you wanna get sometimes can be overwhelming

Just like thinking at the start of a marathon about all 42kms

In reality that doesn’t help you at all since all you can do is put one foot in front of the other or in this case do 1 rep at a time

Just focusing on the task at hand

And letting the outcome take care of itself

Here this is prime example how Dani managed to complete all five reps

Which at the start she was like no chance I’m doing that

And we did that through directing her attention to just what she had to do at every instance aka doing 1 rep

Instead of worrying too much about the end result

The point isn’t that bad form doesn’t matter. It does.

It’s that you’re probably going to get things wrong when you’re new.

I definitely did. A lot.

I went from training like this to literally teaching people how to train for a living.

You don’t need to know everything before you start.

Start. Get things wrong. Learn. Get better.

Being shit at something for a while is usually part of getting good at it.
