POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Zion holds a handful of chapters in our story. And its most devoted narrator is Ty @wild.away.with.me

This week, flash floods once again transformed the canyon in a matter of minutes: water rising, roads closing, mud and debris ripping formations from their millennia-long existence.

For most of us, a flash flood is merely a moment. For Ty, it’s his meaning for being.

For years he has dedicated himself to understanding the how and why and the when and where, purposefully placing himself in position to witness the extraordinary beauty, chaos and destruction these storms unleash.

We’ve been following Ty for years, documenting what can happen when someone spends a lifetime paying attention to something the rest of us may only notice when it dominates the headlines. This is a story that is forever in the making. An ongoing saga of that thing burning inside anyone who has ever felt the pull toward something so strongly, they simply can’t let it go.

Some stories aren’t finished. This is happening.

I know I am so small because everyone surrounding me is so big
And I know this because they are all filled with love
Even now I feel the pressure that life weighs down on me, and even with it all, they still show up in support.

This must be what real community feels like.
It’s not always easy, and I know I’m privileged. I know I’m loved. Even when I feel the most alone, I sense the weight everyone is also feeling around me, and the pressure they are all feeling, and yet they still arrive at my doorstep with a cup of protein, and a connection that gets me through each questioning moment.

Ive been valuing closeness, and connection more, and more each day. And each day I feel more alive. Ive been MIA posting our musical content as Brielle and I have been getting ready to share so much with you, once we take care of everything behind the scenes. So I just wanted to share my appreciation for all these people behind the curtains of this life I’m attempting to take on. I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m leaving space for not knowing and being okay with it.

Love you all ✨💛

Many of you whom have followed us along on our journey, have known us as Projekt Listen. As we continue to learn as individuals, and together, we are now evolving from what before was intended to be a “project” to now a life of authentic creation. With that we are happy to announce the celebration of our new name Tongues of Terra.

I’ve made some of my first posts to Patreon! Stripping my soul to those who are interested in becoming a patron. I will be sharing a lot of progress and development throughout the years, sharing insights and vulnerabilities I normally don’t share with everyone.

If you feel interested in knowing more about my journey, and growth feel free to become a “Muse”.

Link for my Patreon is in bio!

You are not a machine…

Not everything great requires force.

Feel as you move along, let go of what is numbing, and accept what it revealing and healing.

Don’t hide. Risk being okay letting them see your mind to fulfill the order of the universe.

This was an incredibly fun collaborative project! You know it’s real when the artists love the act of making the art. Feel the love, the truth, the power in your blood, give this song a listen! 🔥

Everything you’re seeing here is part of Symphony II — a living archive of creatures, paintings, and stories being created in real time.

A few collectors and patrons help keep this studio open and the work flowing.

If you feel connected, there’s a simple way to support — either through a commission, a print, or becoming a patron /caretaker/collector by purchasing original hand painted works or supporting symphony 2
