Truly one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career.

There is something so bittersweet about watching an experience you have poured so much of yourself into, come to an end. I could not be prouder looking back at where we started, but looking at how far we’ve come, and looking to the future of what this chapter will look like.

1,092 days.

Brooke didn’t just convince me to go through recruitment. She helped shape my experience in AOII, became someone I looked up to, and eventually be became one of my closest friends.

Reina taught me how to lead with passion and confidence.

Madelyn told me that leadership doesn’t mean changing who you are - it means being fully yourself.

Kasey taught me that commitment isn’t always easy, but it is always worth it.

Now when people ask me about my family, I get to tell them about my sister’s.

I get to tell them about Katie and our Chick-fil-A runs between classes sophomore year.

I get to tell them about working at summer camp with Halle.

I get to tell them about drives with Jordyn.

four years ago, I walked into this house, not knowing what AOII would become to me. Today, I can’t imagine my college experience without it.

and while my 1092 days are coming to an end, I know the people, the lessons, and the love I found here will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Getting to look at every sister I got to talk about in my speech meant the world to me, and I hope it meant the world to our future sisters too ❤️
