Happy International Dance Day! This art form has saved my life, and being able to share the healing power of transmuting feelings and thoughts into movement with my students, collaborators, and audiences is truly what I was put on Earth to do. Grateful for this art & this community 🤍

This was my first time back in a dance class in about 4 months! Kicked my but, but was so much fun and what I needed today!

Last weekend I got the opportunity to dance on stage for the first time in so so many years. I’m so beyond grateful to have shared the joy in this experience with my community @chsdancespace & to have such an inspiring director & supportive group of instructors who keep the energy of this practice alive and abundant. I’m beyond blessed to have shared the love I have for dance and performing with the people I love the most. Thank you for always cheering me on. Honorable mentions not featured in pics: @gabb_elise @benjamesriddle @zach.hassien How special it was to have you all show up for me the way you did. 🌹

Watching my family laugh, learn, and fall (a few times 😅) on the slopes reminded me how special these moments are. So thankful for this trip & my family ❄️🤍
