When Alex reached out, he wasn’t a beginner. He’d already built a solid foundation — training 4x per week, and wanting a switch from being a dedicated powerlifter and build a more bodybuilder look.

But like a lot of people who start on their own, things eventually stalled.

❌ His plan wasn’t structured.
❌ Progress had slowed.
❌ He felt like he was putting in the effort but not seeing the return.

He was doing enough to stay strong, but not enough to truly transform.

So we locked in.
We went through a maintenance phase to get food prep dialled, and align training with his goal physique while maintaining his powerlifting strength.

Now, 12 weeks in & 8.5kgs lost, we’ve just entering his first proper build phase

✅ A clear long-term plan
✅ Structured training built around physique goals & life
✅ Food dialled in for muscle growth

He’s no longer guessing.
He’s building.
This is just the ground floor.

Its finally here - our new single YOU'RE NEVER ALONE is out now and ready to caress your ears and spirits 🎵🎶🎙
.
Get it on @spotify @bandcamp via link in our bio and everywhere good music is found
.
Lou wrote You're Never Alone for Des who was (and still is) becoming increasingly depressed about watching the world skip into the athropocene as vested interests continue to distort democractic institutions. Despite feeling the enormity of the world's problems, and knowing there's no promise things will get better, it's important to remember 'You're Never Alone'.
.
We're launching this and another single in May, with more gigs to come... stay tuned!!!
