My keynote "Reprogramming Your Brain to Overcome Fear" talk in Atlanta, Georgia. More images to come soon....The Official Photos will be posted soon.

I love helping people in audiences, overcome fear and succeed, as a professional keynote TED speaker and award-winning author. I love explaining how the brain's energy can transform situations and unleash your answers. And I loved the many students who came up and asked questions after the talk, where prophetic messages were received in hope and excitement.

A big thank you goes to to Kennesaw State University, the students, faculty and staff, for inviting me as a guest speaker in the VIP Presidential Lecture Series. Thank you to APB Speakers for this speaking opportunity. Thanking Stephanie Phillips, and Justin Phillips, on my side, for help in planning for this event. Thanking the Kennesaw team for their great event planning. Thank you to the many people who made this event a success. More images to come soon. Thank you again for this wonderful time.

Had a great time speaking to the incredible students that came from across the country and the world for the Sister Cities International conference. This was my third year speaking to this group of powerful young leaders about the importance of being an UPstander and not a bystander and creating communities where everyone can be celebrated and not tolerated. See you next year!

The phrase “If you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life” is inaccurate.

Since starting my keynote and coaching business, I’ve never worked harder in my career.

It’s the payoff for the effort that’s so much better.

Moving rooms, seeing that thought click on the face of someone in the audience, hugs and joy and relief after, THAT’S everything.

So whether it’s 10 or 10,000, delivering keynotes that make people feel something and want to do something about it is why I do what I do.

So if you want a calm breakthrough session or a dance party sing along, let’s talk about your next event. 🙏🏻

Standing among these warehouse shelves and stacked boxes, I was instantly transported back to my Fresh Salsa manufacturing days.

But I didn't just see boxes. I saw the long nights. The big orders that once felt out of reach, until we made them possible. The setbacks that never broke me. They shaped me into the person I am today. And I saw every single person who helped turn a small dream into something far bigger than I ever imagined, a company that eventually sold to Campbell's.

Life has a beautiful way of bringing you back to the places that show you how far you've come, while never letting you forget where you started.

This time, I wasn't there to pack salsa. I was there to share the lessons the journey gave me with the incredible team at AdvoCare.

A heartfelt thank you to Michael Rosenberg of APB Speakers Bureau for bringing me in for this event, and to CEO Christina Helwid for trusting me with my message.

Grateful, always, for every opportunity to turn experience into purpose. 💜

In this fireside chat, I speak about the importance of mentors on my path and how mentors can prevent you from reinventing the wheel. Do you have mentors? Why or why not? Are YOU a mentor? I hope you’re passing your knowledge on to future generations! We need you!

I came to FCCLA to speak, but I left with so much more in my heart.

Meeting these young leaders was one of the most meaningful parts of this experience.

As I spent time with them, listened to their stories, and saw their joy, humility, and courage, I was deeply moved. Many of these students come from diverse backgrounds. Some come from low-income families. Some were able to attend because of scholarships. Some are navigating disabilities, and yet they are still showing up, growing, leading, and believing in what is possible for their future.

That touched me deeply because it reminded me of my own story.

I know what it feels like to come from very little. I know what it feels like to wonder whether a bigger future is really possible. And I also know how life changing it can be when someone believes in you, sees you, and reminds you that your current circumstances do not determine your destiny.

These young people are not just the future.

They are already becoming the leaders our world needs.

To every student I had the honor of meeting, thank you. Your energy, your heart, and your presence inspired me more than you know.

And with a grateful heart, thank you to Sandy Spavone, Beth Carpenter, Kristi Bruse, the entire FCCLA team, Michael Rosenberg, and APB Speakers for creating and supporting a space where young leaders from all walks of life can be seen, encouraged, and empowered.

This was a beautiful reminder of where I came from, why I do this work, and how powerful it is when young people are given the opportunity to rise.
