One of my favorite moments on a wedding day isn't walking down the aisle.

It's this one.

The moment when the room gets quiet, she catches her reflection, and it finally sinks in...

"I'm getting married today."

Before the dress. Before the ceremony. Before everyone sees her.

She gets a moment that's just for her.

As your bridal hair artist, my job is to create the kind of experience where you don't have to question whether your hair will last or photograph beautifully.

Those details have already been taken care of.

When you look in the mirror, I don't want you to just love your hair.

I want you to love how you feel.

Tell me—what are you looking forward to most on your wedding morning?

Quiet on the creek... 🤫

Sometimes, you've just gotta listen to what your artist is telling you.

We're here to educate and elevate—not just style your hair.

Every product, every technique, and every step has a purpose. Trusting your artist is what helps create a look that's not only beautiful but lasts.

So if you want to be elevated on your wedding day...
Quiet on the creek... and let me make you look like, "THE BIRTHDAY"!!!

One secret every bride needs to know about her bridal preview...

I always recommend scheduling your makeup preview and hair preview on the same day—with makeup first.

Once your makeup is complete, your bridal look starts coming together, making it much easier to envision the finished result.

Don't forget to bring:
Your veil
Hair accessories
Earrings
or any statement jewelry you'll be wearing

Also, schedule a gown fitting around the same time.

Seeing your hair, makeup, and gown together gives you a sneak peek of how you'll look on your wedding day.

A bridal preview isn't just about testing a hairstyle—it's about making sure every detail works beautifully together before the big day.

Save this post for your bridal planning checklist and send it to a bride who's scheduling her previews.

DM or use link in bio to reserve your date.

Creating your bridal hairstyle is deeply personal to me.

Every hairstyle I create is designed specifically for you—your facial features, your bone structure, your proportions, your dress, and the way you naturally carry yourself.

My goal is never to hide what makes you beautiful. It's to enhance it.

Your best features deserve to be seen. If you have beautifully defined cheekbones, I'm not going to cover them. They create stunning dimension and bring elegance to your face. Instead, I'll design your hairstyle to frame them in a way that elevates your natural beauty.

Every curl, every wave, every pin placement has a purpose.

Because on your wedding day, I don't want people to only notice your hair—I want them to see you, looking like the most refined, confident, and beautiful version of yourself.

When you can't stop looking at your reflection in the mirror...

My bride couldn't stop admiring her hair.

She told me she was trying to figure out exactly how I created the look because her cousin wants the same hairstyle for her wedding next year—and she was thinking about recreating it herself.

I laughed and said, "Oh no... that's not the move." 😂

Her response?

"I'm just going to tell her to hire you."

That made my day.

There's nothing better than seeing a bride completely in love with what she sees in the mirror. And if your hairstyle brings you that much joy, why not share that same experience with someone you love?

If you're dreaming of timeless bridal hair that makes you fall in love with your reflection, send me a DM or use the link in my bio to reserve your wedding date before it's gone.

Hello, Virginia💙

What an incredible honor it is to represent and serve this Commonwealth I love.

I’m Justus Kelley—a Midwest native now living in Alexandria. I spend most days raising funds for the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as a Senior Executive, traveling as an international bridal model and published author, and, most importantly, pouring into my first ministry at home. My husband and I have the privilege of fostering siblings, and through that journey, we’ve gained entire new families as we’ve witnessed the beautiful work of children and parents being reunited.

Before anything else, I need you to know one thing:
I did not win this crown alone—WE did!

This crown belongs to every person who encouraged me, challenged me, invested in me, and believed in this dream long before it became reality.

After 10 years of competing and six Miss USA state competitions, this moment is the culmination of countless lessons, setbacks, and people who refused to let me quit.

To everyone who has walked even a small part of this journey with me—thank you. Your fingerprints are all over this victory.

And every sponsor & supporter who believed in me along the way. Every lesson learned, every coach trusted, and every person who poured into me helped shape the woman standing before you today.

Virginia, thank you for believing in me.

I can’t wait to spend this year serving you♥️
