📢 Love It or Hate It… We’ve All Got One 😅

Even the most dedicated Pilates trainers have that one exercise they can’t get enough of… and the one that makes them secretly wish for a fire drill. 🔥🚪

This week, we’re spilling it all — our absolute favorites 💛 and our least favorites 🙈. And trust us, you might be surprised by some of these!

Now we want to hear from YOU ⬇️
✨ Which Pilates exercise do you love the most?
✨ Which one do you secretly dread?

Let’s see who agrees… and who doesn’t! 👀

Friday Halo Group Class😇
These ladies crushed a 4 station leg circuit with full body abs & push-up combos in between rotations. We ended with a yoga flow (forgot to film) & leg stretches. Thanks for showing up when a sub is on the schedule. I had the best time w/ yall!
