Couldn’t spend today with either one of my Moms’, so I wrote them a song. Just a draft but it made em both smile. Bittersweet… but worth it in the long run. 🤞🏾

Training while pregnant has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself and baby Cameron. Staying dedicated to my passion has helped me mentally and physically an unexplainable amount. The whole team team was SO supportive and proactive with me making sure that I still have the opportunity to continue doing what I love to do.

Jeff was the bomb as a partner always making sure we could adjust anything that needs adjusting combo/work wise and Will has continued to be the best instructor I could ever ask for. I'm sure there are gyms and instructors who would not have let me on the mat being 6/7/8/9 months pregnant and I am forever grateful that I continued to train with my team up until the week before my due date.

I am back on the mat only one week after having little man and it feels incredible to be here again. I know I have to take it easy for right now but being present and stay working is the biggest thing. I can't say thank you enough to everyone that I train with for the support during the pregnancy and now being back so soon.

Not everyone understands the love and dedication I have for the sport but that's ok, it's my journey and we're getting back to normal soon enough.

Goal is to have my first kickboxing fight by the end of the year
