Volume 2….

Date change **FRIDAY AUGUST 7th 2026**

From Gelle x Cam:

We had such an amazing time with our dancers at our first time hosting The Lab we couldn’t help ourselves! If you’re looking for a space to improve technique, flexibility, choreography retention, artistry, movement, prepare for collegiate dance team combines, as well as auditions, The Lab is the best intensive for you !
We are taking what we have learned completing the competition & convention dance world, D1A college dance team & BFA dance studies intelligence, as well as real world commercial dance knowledge and bringing it to one place, one room, making the best possible day of dance not just to improve dancers for the upcoming season but also to prepare dancers long term for their next big move in the world.

We absolutely cannot wait to host The Lab Dance Intensive Volume 2, get ready for a day of showing up & showing out.

Address & details in the sign up submission form under “Sign up!”. Make payments to @thelabdanceintensive via Venmo or under “Pay here!”. Link in bio.
DM’s are open for inquiries!

came out of retirement today at my first recital with Apex!! what an honor it has been to pursue this passion into teaching and an even greater one was it to see all my girls pour into each other and shine on stage. nothing will ever compare to watching my girls grow and showcase all their seasons hard work on stage!!
praising the Lord for instilling trust with me to stay in Dallas🤍

Before the competitions, conventions, and long weekends — there’s this.
A tiny carpet on ice and the first performance of the season. ❄️✨
Thanks for the memories

Two final performances.
Two beautiful numbers.
2nd and 3rd place at my favorite convention, @dupreedance .
The last time we will compete these routines — and my last season at this studio.
A weekend I’ll carry with me .🤍
