Only a few program spots left in November. 🔒

This drill leveled up our precision and power of our footwork during executing choreo significantly. Save it, try it, then come train it with us at @apexthepack

Every other sport has a training program to improve performance, time for us dancers to have one too.

DM “PACK” to grab your spot and start your ascent. ⬆️

Slide 1: Pre Notes
Slide 2: Post Notes

Note: Extend to outer sphere

Basically the “go bigger” or “more” note I’ve always gotten from multiple teachers. Somehow though, @the.maricfam have coached me to actually get there more.

Couldn’t be more grateful for this entire process with @apexthepack 🙏🏽 Thank you to Taylor and Ivan for helping me make my dreams come true 🥹 I’m obsessed with the learning process, building from foundation up, and the community you’ve created and allowed us to co-create with you.

Ugh, I’m having so much fun with dance, and I know my inner child is finally living her wildest dancer dreams ✨
