Unlocking random side quests to see if my gym muscles actually work 💪 💅

Definitely out of my comfort zone but was fun to learn. Can’t wait to take more classes till I can hang off the pole like a monkey.

don’t ask me to get into or out of it by myself (YET) but WOOHOOOO!!

first time trying a twisted teddy and phewwww not having much of that upper thigh contact with the pole put nearly all the pressure on the bicep and the sensations were sensating.

I don’t work with many holds here so it was quite a mental and physical challenge! ty again @venabear8 for the idea, spots, spins, music, & manifesting hehehe🫶🫶
