Unpopular opinion: stop stretching your shoulders.
Stuck overhead? It's usually your t-spine, not your shoulder. This drill frees up your shoulders, improves your posture, and improves your breathing.

Everyone over 40 blames their age. It's rarely the age; it's the hips.

BEST EVER.
The Gold Coast just provided the backdrop for what is being called the best @wsl event ever.
4 consecutive days of pumping waves, record crowds and a fairytale ending.
I was lucky enough to be given the keys to the Snapper city to cover this one and I’ll be honest.
I’m only just now recovering 🤯🤣❤️‍🔥
Thanku so much to all involved.
Feeling very lucky and proud to be a Gold Coaster 🌹

Your body isn’t tight.
It’s out of control.

Most people blame mobility…
But the real problem is lack of strength, stability, and control through range.

👉 Tight hips
👉 Stiff lower back
👉 Poor posture
👉 Chronic pain

That’s not a flexibility issue.
That’s a neuromuscular control failure.

If you can’t control a position, your body will restrict it.

That’s why stretching alone doesn’t fix:
• Lower back pain
• Hip tightness
• Poor movement patterns

You need:
✔️ Strength through full range
✔️ Joint control
✔️ Proper movement patterns
✔️ Nervous system adaptation

This is how you build a body that performs, adapts, and lasts.

Mobility is not stretching. Mobility is strength + control.

Save this. Apply it daily. Or stay stuck.
