Our first time at On Broadway in Chico, CA couldn’t have been more perfect for Tierra and Cole’s wedding! From the incredible food and delicious dessert bar to hanging out in the speakeasy and absolutely rocking the dance floor, it was an unforgettable celebration!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Greenwald! What an amazing day!

One year of marriage with you, and somehow, it feels like we’ve lived a lifetime of memories in just one year.

This year has been filled with waterfalls, off road adventures, camping under the stars, hammocking in the quiet, campfires, sunrises, sunsets, and late night talks. We’ve chased mountains and beaches, explored dirt roads and new places, hiked, biked, snowboarded, paddleboarded, kayaked, and even braved whitewater rapids together. We’ve gone to many motorsports events, concerts, spent time with family and friends, ate some good food, and so many moments that I wish I could bottle up and keep forever.

From Washington all the way down to Mexico, we’ve traveled, wandered, laughed until our stomachs hurt, and somehow always found another adventure waiting around the corner. But some of my favorite moments weren’t necessarily the biggest ones. They were the quiet mornings, watching the sunrise together. The evenings spent sunset hunting and staring at the stars. Sitting around a campfire. Talking for hours when we should’ve been asleep. Coming home to each other. Building a little life and a home together in between all the places we go.

You’ve become my favorite person to explore with, laugh with, get lost with, come home to, and do absolutely nothing with. We’re better together, and getting to experience this beautiful, messy, crazy, adventure filled life with you has been my favorite adventure of all.

One year down, forever to go. Here’s to chasing waterfalls, finding new views, taking the long way, collecting stories, making a home wherever we are, and choosing each other through every season life brings us.

I’d choose you for every adventure, every lifetime, and every version of this life.

Happy one year. Here’s to all the miles behind us and all the ones still ahead.

If I could, I would open my chest and place my heart in your hands, not to shock you, not to prove anything dramatic but so you could feel it yourself.
Feel how it trembles at your name.
How it races when you come close.
How every single beat whispers you.❤️‍🔥

Doors are OPEN to the Aligned Life Membership!

And this September we are doing a RESET.

A chance to refocus.

Create some momentum.

And give yourself the kick start you might be craving after a fun summer.

But this reset is going to be different...

We’re not just looking at what you’re eating or how much you’re exercising.

We’re taking a look at your body, your health, your habits AND your life...and deciding what you want to change.

What do you want MORE of?

What do you want LESS of?

What have you been tolerating that you’re ready to change?

And who do you want to be as you head into the final months of 2026?

We’re going to use September to get clear, make some powerful decisions, and start living differently.

So yes...you’re getting a RESET.

But one designed to create change that lasts long after September is over.

Not one you will exhausted from and ready to quit come the month’s end.

Doors to the Aligned Life Membership are officially OPEN.

Join us for The September Reset.

Head to the link in my bio to join.

♥️Courtney
