Tsumugi A and Tsumugi B - the same washi paper lantern, two different expressions. Tsumugi A sets a flat bamboo disk beneath the shade, a considered base that completes the form without drawing attention. Tsumugi B takes the same shade and adds an intricately handwoven bamboo base, worked in the traditional Suruga takesensuji craft. Both work well in residential and hospitality interiors. Tsumugi B, at nearly 80 cm tall, is made for spaces where scale matters such as a double-height room, hotel lobby or open stairwell. Handcrafted in Japan, made to order. #motarasu #motarasudesign #tsumugi #japanesedesign #washipaper #bamboo #lightingdesign #japaneseinterior #handmadeinjapan

Some objects don’t age. They settle into time.⁣ ⁣ Designed by Luciano Vistosi in 1978, Onfale is shaped almost entirely through glass: a blown glass body topped by an opaline diffuser that casts a soft, even light.⁣ ⁣ Along its edge, the glass becomes transparent: a subtle detail created through hot working that reveals the skill of the glassmaker and gives the lamp its unmistakable character.⁣ ⁣ More than four decades after its creation, Onfale remains quietly distinctive: a study in glass, light and timeless design.⁣ ⁣ Creative Direction & Styling: REVOLVER @mariegraunboel⁣ Photography: @apless⁣ Styling Assistant: @gaiataddeostudio⁣ ⁣ #Artemide_lighting #Onfale #LucianoVistosi #DesignIcon

A few frames from our new Fall ‘26 campaign for @sonofatailor . A very special one to see come to life, and an emotional one for me, as it’s my last seasonal campaign before heading off on maternity leave, with this little baby now kicking away and saying hi every day. A lot of care, thought and the best on-set team went into making this one, highlighting Alex and Aleksandar, who made for the most stunning, effortless pairing. Feeling very proud of what we’ve created together, and ready for fall and winter.
