Another chapter, another chance to live a little more intentionally.
To take better care of myself, to appreciate how far I’ve come, to make peace with what I cannot control, and to stay open to all that is yet to be.
Grateful for this life, and for the woman I’m becoming🤍

Feeling Pilates in your lower back instead of your core?

Kalo kamu sering ngerasain sakit di lower back setelah pilates, itu bukan berarti the exercise is ‘bad’ for your back. Sedikit perubahan pada posisi tubuh (range of motion) can completely change where you feel it.

Berikut beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan:

❌ 1. Tulang rusukmu terlalu terangkat (Ribs are flaring)

❌ 2. Kehilangan stabilitas pada panggul (You're losing stability through your pelvis)

❌ 3. Kamu memaksakan tulang belakang ke posisi tertentu (You're forcing your spine into a position)
