Plot of Earth and Apocalypse Farms are teaming up this weekend to host a fantastic plant sale in Kemptville. We'll have tomatoes, peppers, hardy perennial vegetables, strawberries and some sweet surprises... Like fresh 2026 maple syrup produced right on site at Apocalypse Farms! We hope you can visit.

Hi Everyone. 💜

Recently, my Oma, my mom’s mom, passed away. She was a huge supporter for my business and has been incredibly influential for both my mom and I.

The last couple of days have been extremely difficult for us.
Even though the wound is still raw, we pushed through and wanted to still come see everyone at both of the markets this past weekend.

But the whole reason I wanted to make this post was to thank the family of the Kemptville Farmers’ Market.
You have no idea how much it meant to both my mom and I. Various vendors came together and not only helped us during the market, but they gave meals for the upcoming days as well.

I wanted to give a special thanks to you all.
I don’t know everyone who was in on it, but to those that I am aware of, thank you.
Thank you to Megan from Widling Acres, George from Retired Chef Quality Foods, Deanna from Apocalypse Farms, Spring Roll Sue, Chelsey from Junibel’s bakery, Mimi from Freeze Dried Sweets and Treats, Rochon Garden, Bitty Birds Bakery and to all those that pitched in.

It brought me to tears to see the support given by our market family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There are simply not enough thank you’s for me to express my gratitude for those who came to celebrate Daniel & I, and our soon-to-be little boy. We felt so unbelievably loved 💙🦋

This collection of smiles and hugs mean everything to me, and is the smallest snapshot of what was the most beautiful and incredible evening.
