What makes a perfect partnership? We think mixing design, real estate, and art is an ideal combination. We hosted an event at one of Carrie McCormick's properties bringing a bit of Art Basel to Chicago through Apollo Art.

It was fantastic meeting with guests discussing art but also the potential of the specific property. We know it's difficult for many people to envision themselves in a home that's not already their specific tastes. That's where we come in: showing them how it can be transformed into their forever home. And how art and design can compliment each other to enhance the home and celebrate one's style.

Set against an ever-changing backdrop of impressive digital artwork, the evening doesn't officially begin until the whole group has a handcrafted cocktail in hand, the clinking of glasses ring in the air, and the customary 'cheers' is pronounced.

Introducing - "The Sanctuary at Spanish Oaks"!

Our guests experienced an exhilarating evening at the unveiling event!!

The Sanctuary is a very special piece of property within Spanish Oaks and the most significant to be developed on the finishing holes of Spanish Oaks Golf Club. The land is fully surrounded by an oasis of golf and natural beauty with unparalleled privacy. This 8-lot estate enclave is a Sanctuary with deep connections to nature creating harmony & balance.

Our vision for the property is to create architecturally significant masterpieces, where "Art inspires Architecture". Curating a living gallery where every detail is thought out and carefully crafted.

The goal for The Sanctuary is to eleV8 your experience at home.

Huge thanks to our project partners and event contributors!!
