EFT tapping quite literally gives you healing at your fingertips. Empowering you with a tool to support healing, returning to Self, and remembering your truth.

EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while bringing attention to what you’re feeling, thinking, or experiencing in your life. This simple combination of touch, focused awareness, and language helps release stored stress,
regulate the nervous system, and allow blocked energy in the system to flow and be alchemised.

Message me if you’d like to explore EFT further or try out some of my FREE tapping mediations on @insighttimer 🤎

Magic captured by @apound, how special are these nature sounds? 😭

Don’t be afraid of the dark
In your heart
You’re gonna a find a way
To carry the weight of the world
On your shoulders
You’re gonna find a way home

Art and craft that’s about more than just art and craft. Circles that bring us together, into our bodies, in human to human contact, with heart to heart resonance, in real time. This is the medicine: to use our hands, to feel, to create, to play, to soften, together. The real medicine is simple, connection and creativity are essential ingredients, our remedy for fragmented times, and a balm for the soul. We have been gathering in this way since the beginning of time.

I see creativity as a foundational pillar for healing in these times of collective collapse, for all. It’s through creativity that we express, that we meet our unseen inner landscapes in the world of form. We are all creative, despite the oppressive narratives that have been fed to us and have convinced us otherwise. To remember our inherent expression is to dance with the world of form as she reveals to us the mystery. Oh to be the vessel through which creation moves.

We gather monthly on Gumbaynggirr land at the Haven, all are welcome. Send a message for more details or to join the Whatsapp community thread.
