Year 3 of the @powerhausnetwork retreat was everything.

When I found myself in a group chat with a few other agents in different markets 4 years ago, I never could have imagined what this would turn into. What started as a small informal text thread for a handful of us looking to connect and collaborate in real estate has grown into something so much bigger than that.

@powerhausnetwork is now 60+ members strong and an exclusive, members only network for women in real estate. Women who value collaboration over competition. Who are committed to growing their business. Who refuse to take no for an answer. Who recognize that you can get so much further when you work together.

Every year we bring our members together for an in-person retreat, and somehow each year it keeps getting better and better.
