I watched the film "Good Fortune" yesterday. I really liked it! Good Fortune is a fun, cute, and absolutely hilarious comedy that is relevant, relatable, and filled with a ton of heart.

The superb script by director/star Aziz Ansari tells a thoughtful story armed with a charming wit and likable flawed characters about the experience of life, what it is to be human, the have and have nots, love, and faith.

A scene-stealing Keanu Reeves leads a terrific ensemble cast that includes Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer, Seth Rogen, and Sandra Oh. They all have such delightful chemistry with each other.

The cinematography is well done by Adam Newport-Berra and it is accompanied by a great soundtrack and score by Carter Burwell. It's nicely edited by Daniel Haworth and it has some spectacular costume design(April Napier), set decoration(Julia Altschul), art direction(Danielle Levesque), and production design(Kay Lee). Aziz Ansari did a fantastic job directing this funny, emotionally-moving, and wonderfully silly yet clever comedy that I would recommend.

Some in between moments of a few of the incredible cast on the latest shoot for Foot Locker with @kimgehrig. Nothing quite like shooting in Mexico City during he World Cup and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such talented people.

So excited to finally share the US release of HOME FOR NOW - a passion project by our beautiful friends and clients, @nikkoalos and @paulfirmin from @earlofeastlondon and published into real life by @gestalten This book is a printed celebration of the many ways people make their home in a rental from cities like London, and others around the world.

Last October, they came to LA with photographer extraordinaire @sarahvictoriabates to shoot several homes including our own beloved abode.
The title of our feature “The Light Between Work and Home’ takes a peek into where we live, work, play and dream. Two years ago, it was a daunting journey to find this little sanctuary, but when we found it and moved in, we settled in so easily that it felt like we have always lived here. It is also the place where we work at @thoughtforms_studio

One of my side gigs, is styling interiors and trying to make the space look as perfect for the shot , but our home is never perfect. We love to collect things with stories and soul. Things made by friends. Things found at flea markets or thrift stores. It is an ever evolving place and things are not always in the same place - they managed to capture our space and things as they were when they were here, and we couldn’t be more happier with the results.

Thank you, Niko and Paul, for including us in this very special project of yours. We feel so connected to you in so many ways and thankful to the universe for putting us together in this lifetime 🎁
