Early stages of my headstand footspins 🙃🦶

Two weeks ago I started practicing footspins upside down 🙃 and now it has become my little side project

I notice that my form needs some improving here, I have a tendency to keep my legs at an angle to create an easier angle for the staff to rotate…

progress will be posted 😊😎

It’s been 3 months since I’ve added footspins to my daily practice, with progress being sloooow and very tedious… 😅

but this week I’ve reached a new milestone!

I can finally keep some consistent spins and make micro adjustments to keep the staff centred , the first feeling of having somewhat “control” in this move!😊
