🚨Summer Internship Opportunity – ETS Performance Clarksville🚨

We’re looking for driven, coachable, and passionate individuals who want real experience in the world of sports performance this summer.

At ETS Performance Clarksville, interns step into a high-performance environment working with youth, middle school, and high school athletes while learning how elite training systems are built and delivered.

This isn’t about standing in the corner watching sessions. It’s about learning how to coach, communicate, and lead athletes the right way.

Through this internship, you’ll gain experience in:

• Athlete development and long-term training systems
• Speed, strength, and power training principles
• Coaching communication with athletes and parents
• The day-to-day operations of a performance facility

For the right individuals, this opportunity can also open the door to future growth within ETS Performance. Many great coaches start by learning the systems, proving their work ethic, and growing into larger roles within the organization.

If you’re studying exercise science, kinesiology, strength & conditioning, or you’re simply passionate about helping athletes reach their potential, we’d love to connect.

📩 Send us a message or email your resume to learn more. clarksville@etsperformance.com

If you are a student who wants hands-on experience in a high-performance environment, we are always looking for people who are ready to learn, show up, and grow.

ELI Honors at APSU 🎓

This past spring, we wrapped up the Elite Leadership Institute at Austin Peay State University with the official ELI Honors event—recognizing a powerful group of student-athletes who committed to growing as leaders both on and off the field.

Over the course of the program, these athletes showed up with intention, tackled real conversations, and embraced the challenge of becoming better teammates, better communicators, and better people.

Forever proud of Cohort 1. The standard was set and the impact was real.

Special thanks to Dr. Kristal McGreggor for being the heartbeat of this initiative. Her leadership, belief in student-athlete development, and commitment to creating space for growth made this all possible.
