When you’re building a house, it takes a ton of time, and in the early stages doesn’t even look like a house.

Growing in door-to-door is similar in that way. Often people want overnight success and explosive growth, which is possible in short bursts.

But unless you clear the land and build your foundation on solid principles, you’ll end up putting in your foundation before removing the rubble. You’ll end up trying to hang drywall before you have your roof on.

If you can begin with the end in mind and know that you want to make something special, you’re far more likely to move methodically and plan for the long-term, rather than being a 1 foot and 1 foot out kind of person.

@ri_ve_r_a has built something special in his group and is continuing to follow the blueprint to become successful within the next seven years.

If you want to turn this from high paying summer internship, into truly an exceptional career, this is the path you need to take.

We’re excited to have so many people in our organization taking the steps and doing what’s necessary to push them closer to building the metaphorical “house” of their dreams.

2026 is a great time to push yourself and lay the foundation for your new life & path. Especially at Aptive Alpha 🤝

Another 🔥 week of Alpha’s pre season push is in the books

Had a lot of guys have some really good days this week, like @tharp1993 who had $10,632 sold on Friday 🤯

We’re also seeing a lot of consistency from @zarrofbaby so far, continuing to lead from the front and becoming a back to back weekly leader for preseason.

We also have to shout out @connorhilemn for leading the way for the rookies this week. Going to be a great summer for him.

Shoutout to our other people that got to our top 10 this week, whole lot of really high level sellers on there. Can’t wait to see these and some of our other top sellers start firing on all cylinders this summer 👀

What a week it’s been. Let’s push hard next week to end March on top 😤
