Whether it’s a sweeping romance or a quiet, heartfelt connection, books have a way of making love feel timeless and real. 📖💖📖💖📖 I thought about putting my most-loved books in this post, but that quickly proved impossible—there are just way too many to narrow it down. So I settled on highlighting some books I’ve read at least twice (some, an embarrassing number of times). It skews a little bit. I read lots of thrillers but tend to read them only once no matter how good they are. Same with the more intense and longer books. So what do I want to do with my bookish time in 2025? Read as much as possible in the most fun way possible, learn something, relax, all the things. 📚Diversify Genres: I’m hooked on romance and thrillers, and will still read plenty of them in 2025. But I’ve also found myself really loving books from other genres and want to read at least three books from the nonfiction, memoir, classic, and literary fiction categories. 📚Be Realistic on ARCs: I got carried away and stressed on the number of ARCs sitting there waiting to be read and reviewed. So I’m going to be much more thoughtful about ARC requests this year.
