Happy Monday!

It felt so grounding to be back with my Thursday morning sunrise meditation girls today.

The last couple of weeks have been filled with family, travel, lots of activity, and so much fun.

But some of my favorite moments with my family and little great-nephews weren’t the big adventures. They were just the in-between moments… laughing, noticing, being fully there TOGETHER. ♥️

This morning felt a lot like that.

Sitting on the beach, watching the sky change, listening to the waves, meditating with friends I adore and just letting everything be exactly as it was.

A reminder that there’s so much peace and beauty in simply being present.

Not every moment has to be productive.

Not every minute has to be planned.

Maybe that’s what summer is for.

A little more doing what brings you joy, and a little more just being.

What a rush!!!

All the feels today! Reminiscing about when I used to be a photographer for the Air & Sea Show - one of my first professional gigs more than a decade ago. So many incredible memories from that experience!!!

Still fun to be a spectator.

Saw so many turtles, including this beautiful guy.

Then I looked down and saw this huge piece of floating plastic.

Crazy how much it looked like a giant jellyfish… exactly what turtles eat. 😡

So dangerous and heartbreaking to see.

A reminder that balloons, plastic, trash, fishing line, etc. don’t just disappear once they leave our hands. A lot of it ends up in the ocean, in the bellies of turtles, or tangling wildlife in a deadly way.

Let’s do better.

Having so much fun with my new @pandadrum

Music has always been a big part of my life — my dad was a professional musician and music teacher, so I grew up around a lot of instruments, musicians and creativity.

But one of the things I love most about instruments like this is that you don’t have to “be a musician” to enjoy them.

They’re playful, soothing, and very meditative… great for the brain and nervous system, too.

Just exploring sound, letting curiosity lead, and enjoying the process.

Super grateful for this sweet gift from my hubby @aquaman461 ❤️

Trust the whisper.

You know… that quiet nudge that says, “go,” even if you don’t know exactly why.

Last night, we all followed it.
We gathered.
We breathed.
We got still.
And something beautiful unfolded.

When you trust that inner voice,
the right people show up.
Things align.
It all just clicks.

You don’t have to force anything.
You just have to listen.

Thank you to everyone who came to sit in stillness and celebrate World Meditation Day. It was a beautiful evening.

My heart is full, and I’m so deeply grateful to share these practices, and practice TOGETHER.

And there’s more to come.
