Bathroom Safety Grab Bar Upcycle. Renovating my bathroom required many decisions such as what kind of tile and grout did I like, fixtures, one sink or two… When it comes to safety in the shower, Bathroom Grab Bars provide stability, prevent slips, and do not necessarily have to be of the Stainless-Steel Senior Citizen variety. At Anchors and Oars in Grasonville, Maryland @AnchorsAndOars found some Teak Grab Bars originally used on a boat and repurposed them. They coordinate beautifully with several Teak pieces I already had for the new bathroom.

When your home is everything—your workplace, your classroom, and the center of family life—it becomes even more important to create spaces that help you slow down.
This bathroom was designed as a quiet escape from the beautiful chaos of everyday living. Between work deadlines, homeschooling, family schedules, and the constant demands of caring for others, these clients deserved a place to pause and recharge.
Every selection was made with calm and serenity in mind, creating a space that feels soothing, timeless, and restorative. A place to start the day with intention and end it with a deep breath.
Because home should not only support your busy life—it should help restore you, too. 🐝

Now that I’m retired from the mental health field, I’m actually enjoying doing things with my hands. Who knew?! 🤓 This 10 year old teak shower bench from AquaTeak now looks new after some scrubbing, sanding & tung oiling.

You’re posting every day. Following the trends. Creating value.

But still… crickets (and crickets reminds me of dating and when someone ghosts you)

Here’s the thing: views don’t equal sales.

What you really need is a sales system behind your content that turns interest into income.

Our live webinar breaks down the exact system that turns posts into profit—even for beginners.

At my peri-advanced age I have started showing (at times rather severe) symptoms of fatigue while showering. Rather than sitting on the shower floor, or settling for the elder care products available at CVS, I went big and got myself an @aquateakfl stool. I am yet to use it, but I have no doubt my shower experience just shot back up to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Now, is there such a thing as a hot water shut-off timer?

The crawl space access well located in our backyard wasn’t very appealing ☹️ (plus our dog was always dropping his toys into it)🐶 so we found a pair of nautical style teak grates online and I built a frame out of redwood to conceal it. ⚓️
