A proper farewell to the $2k Facebook Marketplace 6MT 128i build.

I didn’t have high expectations for this one, I picked up the car back in November dirt cheap because the car needed a few things addressed, but @bavarianspeedworks took care of literally every little issue the car had since day 1. I had no idea I was going to fall in love with an N52 paired with a 6 speed manual, it’s fantastic.

Fast forward, my friends over at @alukovinyl_design sent me over a roll of Ferrari Rosso Corsa wrap and @jpboosted did an amazing job with installing it. The following week, Charlotte had a huge blizzard roll through and the car had 0 issues all weekend thanks to a set of Marketplace @bridgestone Blizzaks we were able to rip the entire weekend and had the most fun I’ve had in a car in a very long time

This car meant a lot to me and Madi. I taught her how to drive manual in it, she took it to the gym any chance she could get, and the car safely brought us to Miami and back with 0 hiccups at 230k miles and I think I ended up putting close to 15k miles under my ownership with it.

I personally delivered the car down to Lawrenceville, GA to the new owner that also has a G80 M3. He wanted to buy this as a seat time car for track and mountain runs so the car went to a fantastic home. Bought for $2k, into the car less than $1000 after everything and sold for $9300.

Looking forward to the next FB marketplace project with @drivenracingcompany 🏁
