the wisdom i’ve gained through suffering deeply for thousands of hours & at times beyond the natural world can be applied to all circumstances in life.

death is hollow. i’ve learned to be content in any circumstance. hope is alive.

Fastest tumor growth I’ve ever had. Swelling from neck up to head. Root tumor about size of a baseball right neck. Several tumors are spreading in lymph nodes. Was growing about 0.5cm per day starting a couple weeks ago. We’ve used chemo/meds this week to slow it down some. Getting tough to swallow, right hearing effected, into head, lotsa pain…at worst breath gets squeezed…fever, dizzy, need to sleep a lot, sweats.

So we’re gonna begin radiation Monday. The risks are greater than most cancer patients, because we have graft vs host issues from a bone marrow transplant, coming out of a trial that is unknown in effects & all the treatments I’ve had.

I’ve been doing this a long time. I’m the best in the world at it. I know what I gotta do. God at my root helps the most & He is in control. The encouragement & prayer is what helps most from people šŸ™šŸ¼ So grateful to be bonded with Ara @arabellehanan . We only have grown closer & stronger. Most amazing beautiful human I could ever imagine!

It often hurts to talk & when I do a lot of talking I pay for it later. I mostly have time/energy to focus on spending time with family, exercise/time with God to battle cancer stuff & the rest goes to TRC. It is non stop work. I also love it. There are very difficult moments which leave way for very beautiful moments. Sorry if I’m slow to respond or not available to hang. I miss Jiu jitsu training & hanging with extended family so much. I’m very hopeful I’ll be back strong in a month.

Last time I did radiation was 10 yrs ago. Tech improved some. I was fitted with a plaster head/chest cover a few days ago. They strap me tightly to a table. We hit it daily. The battle with radiation is more emotional for me than chemo & last time I struggled with claustrophobia…it was my most growth Spiritually in learning the power of praising my God. The God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob & Jesus Christ who died on the cross, rose again & became God for the love, opportunity & joy of us all. This is why I don’t struggle with fear or negativity. I’m trained up to my best, battle ready better than ever. Recharged at the Center. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ’›šŸ™šŸ¼šŸ˜„šŸ˜„šŸ˜„
