with BACKBONE kicking off the release of my second album it is the start of a story I’ve been wanting to tell for many years now. a story I wove into music, with experiences that changed my life forever and that took me five years to encapsulate in words, sounds, visual and rhythm.

VOCE has not seen the light of day yet, but on the 20th of March, you'll be able to listen to it... ❤️‍🔥

and at some point, you'll be able to see the film that I'm currently working on in Portugal – inspired by VOCE 🤲🏾

VOCE has travelled far already;

back then in 2022 – I got the chance to be sent to AFRICA by the Austrian Embassy
& thanks to @diapazona_la3 & @aramboamusic that has been possible!

Forever grateful for that experience! 🙏🏾

Even though I also have been the most vulnerable & not believing in myself;
judging myself mainly & feeling suuuuuper uncomfortable stepping on that stage... that was my reality

Even more, I love this young gavriela for transcending her fears & showing up for what she ultimately loves!
Sharing her art with the world 🫂

And you know what? I had some special guest in my audience...

The beautiful @zolanimahola 🥰 who I recently also discovered to be the songwriter of Shakira's WAKA WAKA song back then :D
But apart from that, I love her presence & what she now births into the world with her voice ❤️
