Plot twist: one of my longtime @_knorts collaborators now works at NikeSKIMS. 👀

Episode 4 of Big El’s Denim Gym is with @grahamsydney , Product Specialist at NikeSKIMS. This one gets into the bigger question behind the whole series: if consumers want comfort, performance AND style from the same clothes, what are we all going to be wearing next?

Premiering now! Stay through the end for a sound bath cooldown led by @arantxa_________ 🔊🧘‍♀️

There was no agenda yesterday.

Just a neck carrying too much.
Shoulders trying to do it all.
And a body waiting for permission to rest.

So we slowed down.

We lingered in the places that needed attention and gave them time instead of pressure.

It’s amazing what can happen when the body no longer feels rushed to heal, release, or perform.

A little support.
A little patience.
A little room to receive.

Rena(seres) by @se__r_es By me.
My first production - the concept: rebirth experience in three acts. Alongside of @valeenmarie_ and @musicbyrel.
The vibe: only 20 tickers per show. We had a full house each night.
I wanted to present my art in an intimate close to heart experience. In which the codes of the paintings could translate all they want to say, slowly and individually. Paired with my other three favorite art forms: 🎭 performance, music (not just music. But the frequencies of Arielle introducing her new album and musical project @elleira.wav ) accompanied by the strings and energy of @neptvnenoise , who was such a special piece of this creation. And the healing arts. In this area we got to have the one and only @valeenmarie_ someone who also with her healing frequencies gave us the most amazing experience. And someone in this world who I see understanding magic like no other. Sis. In awe of you always

My most profound THANK YOU. in total gratitude of the performers, to our dear friends !!!! We didn’t get to take pictures with all of you. But for all the LOVE 💝 thank you forever.
@sipzispa we are obsessed with you. Thank you for sponsoring and lifting our spirits 🙂‍↕️
@___________janet ❣️ t amo!

Ando pasando por un vortex de demencia musical. Solo miro la compu, grabo y medito. No me puedo quejar. Y lo mejor es compartirlo en familia. 🧙‍♂️🫀🧘🏼‍♀️🎸🧙🏻‍♀️

Get ready to vibe higher with @arantxa_________ & @valeenmarie_ leading the way ☄️✨

A unique journey that works with sound, breath, and energy to awaken your body’s natural energy (Life-Force). This powerful experience can bring up sensations, emotions, movement, and deep release.

Curated layers of music, instruments, and energy weave together to help ignite processes of natural emotional unfolding, somatic release, and deep insight. This can help release built-up tension and shift patterns the body has been holding- allowing you tune into yourself in a whole new way.

As the process unfolds, many people find themselves feeling more present, clear, and connected to themselves.

No prior experience necessary.
