I have always dreamt of having a global effect through shared sweat, and my dreams are coming true thanks to this community ✨ On Sunday, as a part of LA Tech Week, @thetaywayco hosted an exclusive wellness experience for corporate executives, people leaders, creators, athletes, and founders to kick off the launch of the TAYWay Co. and our new ‘personalized training in pocket’ platform. We shared sweat together, competed, learned from founders, athletes, creators, and @inbodyusa on our featured panels, enjoyed some fuel, and networked with the outstanding brand and individuals that we had in the building. The theme was health is wealth. Without our health, we cannot be productive in business or in life. Sunday was a great testament to the power of shared sweat! I am so grateful for every person, brand, and team member who made this experience possible, and who continue to make it possible behind the scenes, The TAYWay is no longer confined to one location or one client at a time. I have a team of coaches behind me, an infrastructure to scale, and the ability to protect the personalized approach. Fitness is not one size fits all. And HEALTH IS WEALTH baby!! 📸 @haydenfullerr

Kicked off my morning at the @thetaywayco wellness event hosted by founder @tayhall_ ! Such an amazing energy and turnout. 🔥 There were incredible vendors in the event but two really stood out to me: 🔹 @teveo for their clean athletic wear 🔹 @inbodyusa for their precise body composition analysis Held on the gorgeous rooftop of @arc.beverly in Beverly Hills as part of LA Tech Week (@techweeka16z ). Did I get bougie at @arc.beverly and bring my very fancy 20” wooden racks from @funfun.mahjong to @mahjongunderground last night?!? Sure did! And you know what? Even though most Hong Kong mahjong players don’t use racks or pushers, everyone was glad for them! We built our walls so quickly & easily, because these racks fit a perfect row of 18 traditional tiles! Even though I swore these racks would never leave the house, I couldn’t resist how much they added to my game!
