POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What a day. What a room. What a reminder. 🤎
Saturday was one of those days that reminds you why creating spaces for women matters.

I had the privilege of speaking at Sister to Sister - WELL 2026, hosted by the incredible ARC 2.0 Women’s Ministry.

And this wasn’t just another event.
It was a full-packed day centred around WELLbeing - mind, body and soul.

Using the story of the Samaritan woman at the well, we were reminded that Jesus meets us fully - not just spiritually, but in the places where life has left us tired, empty, overlooked and in need of restoration.

From the conversations…
To the worship…
To the laughter…
To the tears…
To the practical tools…
To the movement…
It really was a day of refreshing, restoring and reconnecting.

A huge shoutout to @femibadru_ and @melaniefm76 and the team for bringing this vision to life and creating a space where women could come, exhale and be reminded that their wellbeing matters.

And our hosts @lionessola_ & @deidre - what an exceptional job! You held the room beautifully and kept the day flowing with warmth, energy and authenticity. And @carla_r6 absolutely brought it with that incredible Pilates session! 💪🏾🔥

I also felt incredibly honoured to share the platform with some phenomenal women.
@stacygacheru @rianna_tackie @rhona_lion
@vanessaboachie_ @yinkstemilade @teechayah
Powerful women carrying powerful messages.

And the beauty wasn’t just on the stage.
It was in the room.
Women showing up with their stories.
Women choosing healing.
Women choosing themselves again.
Women being reminded that caring for their wellbeing isn’t selfish - it’s stewardship.
I left deeply grateful.
Grateful to God for the opportunity to serve.
Grateful for every woman who listened, participated, laughed, reflected and opened her heart.

Grateful for spaces like Sister to Sister, where we can remind one another:
You matter.
Your body matters.
Your mind matters.
Your soul matters.
And your wellbeing matters.

Because you cannot pour endlessly from an empty vessel. Sometimes, you need to come back to the well too.

Until the next one… 🤎

Expect worship, Pilates, honest conversations, practical wisdom, keynote teaching, prayer, food and community — all in one intentional day together!
