Still smiling over last night’s market 🤍✨ I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who stopped by, supported my small business, and grabbed something sweet!

I sold out SO quickly, and it truly means more than you know. 🥹🍰 Seeing you all enjoy the treats I put so much love into makes all the late-night baking worth it!

Thank you @faithfulfindsmarket for having me and continuing to support Desert Cake Boutique! ✨ Already looking forward to October’s Market!

A year ago, if you would’ve told me I’d be leading rooms full of women through prayer and Pilates… I never would’ve believed you.

Truthfully, I found Pilates because I was frustrated.

After years of identifying as an athlete, Achilles tendinitis slowly took away so many of the things I loved. Running hurt…Jumping hurt... Training the way I always had wasn’t an option anymore. I felt like I had lost a piece of myself

During wedding prep, I decided to stop fighting my body and try something different. Something that actually worked with the season I was in instead of against it.

That “something different” was Pilates. I fell in love with it almost immediately (mostly was mad that I was “bad” at it lol)

I loved it so much that I walked up to the front desk after class and asked if they were hiring instructors. More than once. 😂

I had to wait for the next instructor training to open, and when it finally did, I booked a flight to New York in January 2025 and just… took messy action. (I could have waited for in house training in March btw)

Becoming an instructor has changed my life in ways I never expected.

There’s something so special about being in a room full of women, helping them realize they’re stronger than they think. Every class fills my cup

But then God did what He always does…

He took something I thought was just fitness and turned it into ministry.

Now I get to lead Prayer & Pilates at BODYROK and through Holy Girl Walks events, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever felt more aligned with what He’s calling me to do.

It’s funny how often our greatest disappointments become the very thing God uses to redirect us.

Achilles tendinitis felt like the end of something I loved.

Instead, it became the beginning of something even better.

His plans really are greater than ours. 🤍
