The secret to hitting straighter irons 👀

One thing I always come back to in practice is slowing things down and hitting smaller shots. If you’re struggling to control the face with a half swing, adding more speed usually makes it harder.

Grab a short iron, check your alignment, and start with a few half swings. Keep your chest turning through the shot and pay attention to where the ball starts. Try to find the middle of the face consistently before building up to a bigger swing.

You don’t need to hit every practice shot full speed. Give yourself time to feel what the club is doing and make each rep count.
