Shoutout to my workout partner @arch_ant for showing up and getting after it with me! 💪🔥

Today’s partner WOD was no joke—heavy sandbags, sled pushes, SkiErg intervals, and core work. We battled through every rep and kept pushing until the clock hit zero.

That sandbag definitely humbled us... but grandma didn’t raise no bitch, so we gave it everything we had. 😤 That’s what growth looks like—embracing the challenge, staying consistent, and refusing to quit.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Come train with me at @rhousefitness in West Midtown, Atlanta. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, I’ll help you get stronger, move better, and push past your limits.

🎯 **Your first workout is FREE!** DM me to claim your spot and let’s get to work.

Thanks @kyaangelouink for taking the videos

In case you missed it… To every athlete, coach, and gym we’ve had the opportunity to spotlight, this is what Black Barbell Club is about.

Sharing the people putting in the work and bringing more visibility to the athletes inspiring our community across CrossFit, HYROX, powerlifting, and weightlifting.

Different sports. Same community.

Misery loves company... and that’s exactly why I grabbed @arch_ant for this one. 😂💪

This team sandbag and sled workout was an absolute grinder. That **200-lb sandbag** feels less like gym equipment and more like carrying another grown man over and over again. Every rep tested our strength, conditioning, and mental toughness.

We survived... barely. 😅 But these are the workouts you remember because they’re the ones that make you better.

Iron sharpens iron. Appreciate teammates who push you when quitting starts sounding like a good idea.

Excited to see Anthony (+110kg, @arch_ant) in a couple weeks out in Colorado Springs at USA Weightlifting Nationals. Super proud of all the hard-work he’s been putting in alone in an empty gym!

Check out the R’House Olympic lifters this past weekend testing their maxes and pushing every fiber of their being. 🏋🏽‍♂️🔥 The effort, focus, and determination on every single lift was unreal.

They battled through heavy attempts, trusted their training, and refused to quit until they hit their goals. That’s what happens when hard work, consistency, and discipline meet opportunity. Proud of every athlete that stepped onto the platform and gave everything they had.

At @rhousefitness we don’t just build stronger bodies — we build stronger people. Atlanta, come see what this community is all about. 💪🏽
