We can’t believe it’s been one whole year of FIFTY SIX! 🥹🤍

What an incredible first year it’s been, turning this building into our home and a home for the five other amazing members who make Fifty Six Studio what it is today.

To say thank you to all our lovely clients who have supported us over the past 365 days, we’d love to invite you to celebrate with us at our first birthday event!

Join us on Sunday 1st November, 11am–2pm, for a morning of Pilates with @rachelizabethpilates , permanent jewellery with @marialaujewellery , mini tarot readings with @lisabtarot , matcha, coffee and a few other little treats along the way!

Let’s talk about the areas nobody seems to want to teach… 👀

Three areas that are often overlooked during practical waxing education, leaving therapists to figure things out for themselves once they’re qualified.

And whilst they might look straightforward, they’re often the treatments that therapists struggle with most.

Different hair growth patterns, larger surface areas, awkward positioning and knowing which direction to work in.

Because waxing isn’t just about applying wax and pulling it off.

It’s about understanding your product, mastering your application and using the correct removal techniques to work efficiently without compromising the skin.

And sometimes, the best techniques aren’t new ones.

They’re the traditional waxing methods that have stood the test of time.

I’ve spent nearly two decades refining my techniques, and I’ve been working on something that brings those skills directly to you.

A practical educational resource you can revisit whenever you need guidance, helping you build confidence, improve your technique and tackle the treatments you’ve previously avoided.

The studio has been a real labour of love and it’s crazy to think we’ve only been open a few months. In that time it’s already become home to eight amazing hair and beauty businesses, so to have everything we’ve worked so hard for recognised already is such a lovely feeling🤎
