From the heart, Thank you!

TLDR: My love letter to all of the florist teammates that made this year possible😚

We just wrapped our last wedding of the year on Monday and are feeling so grateful for the beautiful oppourtunity to flower for you!

Before we set our sights on year 5 and all of the exciting things that lay ahead, I wanted to share my love letter and a public thank you to all of the amazing, talented, and wonderful humans that I have had the pleasure of being teammates with this year. Every single one of them showed up every day with a great attitude and amazing work ethic, and the ability to be flexible and adjust to whatever the task was that day. To say nothing would happen without them is such a cliche, and yet it's the truth!

The floral community is so special and I constantly find my self in awe of the openness and willingness to band together to get the job done. The hours, the brainstorming, the refining, is all made better when you are surrounded with folks that you trust implicitly. If we had a bingo card for the season, the phrase "can I borrow your brain for a second" would be the free space, bc the amount of times I've said it is too high to count at this point.

On a personal note, with this being my first full season as a mom, it is not lost on me how much I have changed as a person and business owner in the past year. A little more heart, man many more feelings. A lot more sentimentality and care. A little less time to fuss and fuss. A little less time to hold on to how I thought it was going to go. A lot more time to trust in my community. A lot more time to be with my baby. A lot less time to sweat the small stuff. A lot more time to realize how time flies. A lot more time to realize that I'm exactly where I am suppose to be.

I'll end this with a few things I know for sure:

1. Everything we have done this year would not be possible without the amazing wonderful humans that have helped to make it all happen.

2. This year has grown me in so many ways. I've learned to trust more, to release more, to allow room for more.

3. I am so excited for what the future holds!

I love you all and am proud to do life and flowers with you!

It’s been one of the busiest years of my life, and we’re already halfway through September somehow. And yet, my busiest months are still ahead of me.

So if it seems like I’m not as present on here, it’s probably because I’m taking advantage of any breaks I get - sleeping, snuggling with my doggies, and trying to find new ways to be creative in this space.
