🏆 Archer Fab Billet Series twin-scroll turbo manifold locked in. Keeping those exhaust pulses separated and slamming them into the turbine for faster spool and cleaner boost. Ready to wake the snail up. 🐌 #ArcherFab #TwinScroll #TurboManifold #boosted #optrel
.
.
A twin-scroll turbo manifold splits the exhaust into two separate paths that feed a twin-scroll turbocharger. Cylinders are paired so their pulses stay isolated instead of colliding and canceling each other out.
This keeps the exhaust energy stronger and more consistent as it hits the turbine wheel. The result is quicker spool, less lag, and better mid-range response compared to a single-scroll setup. The turbine spins faster and more efficiently, driving the compressor to pack denser air into the engine. More air + more fuel = more power, with the twin-scroll design making the whole process sharper and more responsive

Send me to rehab for being addicted to these fentamobiles 😵‍💫😮‍💨

So far enjoying this A91 Supra. The big single turbo spools quite nicely thanks to @precisionturbo & @archerfabrications great kit. Shout out to @harrisonperformance for not cutting corners and being a trustworthy shop.

It’s hard to find that.

Johnny’s Evo 9 on its third season with our race package engine, running strong and back for a round of nice upgrades! The major changes were with the drivetrain including a PPG dogbox, ILR lockout shifter, Holinger Strain Gauge and fresh Exedy Triple Disc Clutch. Other updates include an AEM CD7 digital dash running our custom displays, some D2 coilovers with Swift springs, Volk CE28’s wrapped in R888’s and a custom billet valve cover on order! Swipe to see some digital dash goodness and effortless shifting🔥🔊

Our lastest FSI Race Package all wrapped up and back with its owner @_del.sol_94 after receiving a complete transformation! Starting with a full vinyl wrap in @3m Gloss Deep Space (Additional services being offered with a new partner to be announced soon🔥). Then paired with our full FSI Spec Race Package and a @sheptrans street/strip rebuild. The goal for this project was an all around street ripper that could be taken to the mountains and enjoy the canyons, or pull up on some highway rolls with a wide power band and turn up the boost on the fly! Calibrated in house on our @mainlinedyno pro hubs with a full @haltech suite of products. For reference, this @garrettmotion G30-900 turbo produced 362whp gains under the curve at 5600rpm vs the Gen 2 GTX3576r on the same exact setup and same boost level!

Kyle from @archerfabrications came over Tuesday and we got the turbo hung in the new spot, mocked up the new intercooler and played legos building the new manifold, here's a time lapse of him putting it all together. The new setup is going to be 🔥.
