Sony Soundscape 2026 🎶🔥

What a beautiful experience. Really grateful to have been invited back to be part of Soundscape and to spend time with the Sony team once again.

One thing these guys never miss is bringing people together different countries, different backgrounds, different sounds, different stories and somehow creating the space for all of it to collide and become something insane.

I’ve heard some of the most incredible and unexpected music being created through this experience. The kind of music, ideas and collaborations that have the potential to stand the test of time.

For me, this is what building entertainment legacies looks like. Giving songwriters, producers and artists the platform, the room and the freedom to create at their full capacity while creating memories that live far beyond the moment.

Proud to stand behind that vision and to witness what’s being built within the South African music industry.

Thank you, Sony, for another unforgettable one. ❤️‍🔥

Until the next Soundscape. We’re just getting started. 🌍🎶

my third album is out in less than 24 hours. this record was borne from a deep pain and trauma that i was going through in march, and i transmuted into a record about love, hope and JOY. the magnificent @ryanmarshallstudio came on board and we worked on the bulk of it together. then the gem that is @rare_weather came on board, too, and also shared his studio space where we recorded strings, horns, all the additional vocals. a plethora of musicians gave their valuable time and energy to this music both near and far. @pvinerecords believed in this music as soon as i sent the demos via DM. @peermusic have ALWAYS believed in me, and i'm forever grateful. i am still going through the motions and feeling very afraid to be visible, but i'd be doing a complete disservice to all of the people who poured their talents and love to this album. it is bigger than me. i hope this music can impact your lives positively. please share with the folks you love. SOULWAVE 2153, out august 7. love and light to you all x
