From nervous to tears of joy in seconds.
This is what happens when a patient sees her new Harvest Esthetic DCL Denture in the mirror for the first time. Natural, lifelike anterior teeth that restore not just appearance but genuine confidence. That transformation is what we design for.
What's your most memorable patient reveal moment? Tell us in the comments.💬

Your iPhone isn't your shade-matching camera.
Shooting from a reclined patient angle with a phone introduces shadows, nostril views, and distortions that make accurate shade matching impossible. A real camera like the Nikon D7200 with proper flash is the tool you need. Your lab can only match what they can actually see in your photos.

Your ego can cost you more than you think.
Mike from Open Bench learned this when he assumed his zirconia firing approach would work with a new material—even with expert input. He had the trusted tech friend, he had the developers, but he let an assumption override all that experience. The result? It bit him big time.

A tech test that is also testing myself because I’m going to post it🦄

But what it is first and foremost is a genuine wish for YOU to have a smile on your heart today for the whole day, or at least for just a moment.

And then I hope you come back to that place more and more often.

❤️🐐

We may have missed posting this on Monday, but this conversation is too good to miss! This week Barbara and Elvis talk with Mike Archibald, the “black sheep” of the Archibald family, for a candid conversation about dentistry, family, imposter syndrome, recovery, and finding your place in the world.

Mike shares his journey from working in his dad’s lab at 17 to becoming a technician, educator, and mentor. He also tells us about Table 52, his vision for creating a community where people can have honest conversations about the struggles we don’t always talk about. https://www.voicesfromthebench.com/444

This Monday we’re bringing you the third Archibald! Elvis and Barbara sit down with Mike Archibald, the self-proclaimed “black sheep” of the family, for a real and personal conversation about growing up in a dental lab, finding his place in dentistry, and dealing with imposter syndrome, recovery, and life’s challenges. Mike shares the story behind Table 52, his passion for education, and why some of the most important conversations have nothing to do with teeth. It’s an honest, powerful episode about dentistry, family, and finding your way.

Have a Great weekend and we will talk to you on Monday!

✨ A beautiful smile, beautifully refined.

This porcelain veneer smile makeover was designed to enhance what was already there—not to change the patient’s identity.

With a minimally invasive approach, carefully planned proportions, and the artistry of a world-class master ceramist, we created a result that feels natural, balanced, and effortlessly beautiful.

The goal? Veneers that don’t look like veneers—just a healthy, harmonious smile that belongs to you. 🤍

Every detail matters. Every smile is unique.

Big thanks to @archibald.mike for the beautiful artistry.
