The word is out! The sixth act reveal for Chat’s Got Talent: Season 2 is here!! Kevin Clarkson, lead singer of local band “The Dead & The Famous,” will be joining the star-studded cast of Chat’s Got Talent this season! Kevin has confirmed that he plans to perform a solo acoustic cover! While Kevin may be stepping onto the Chat’s Got Talnet stage solo, everyone should still also go check out his band “The Dead & The Famous!” Fans have the opportunity to see them THIS SATURDAY at the “Spook-O-Jamma” event in downtown Poteau - featuring a night of music, food, and fun! Have you ever had a boss who told you WHAT to do but never showed you HOW? Did you ever feel like they didn’t show you because they didn’t know how themselves? We love doctors. They almost always have a helping heart, and like us, they want to make life better for their community. We train a lot of them. But these days, like in every era, it’s getting harder to find someone who wears the white coat and also walks the walk. Which brings me to the most important thing I look for in my own personal doctor. They believe health is more than the “absence of disease.” They live the values that they recommend for their patients. They steer clear of unnecessary pills and fads. Healthy people don’t need fads. Unhealthy people don’t need fads either. They need to become healthy. We have a solution. It’s simple, elegant, and we’re all just people like you (parents, engineers, and even doctors) who showed up on day one and let us show them how to walk the walk. Our coaches don’t stop at WHAT to do. They teach you HOW. Now, stop that dilly-dallying and book a free intro with us.

💚✨ INVISIBLE DISABILITIES WEEK | October 18–24 ✨💚 As Miss Arkansas Valley, my CSI, 3D-YOU: Disabilities Don’t Define YOU!, is deeply personal. 💚 From bilateral hearing loss and cardiomyopathy to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and ongoing neuromuscular testing, my journey reminds me that you never truly know what someone is facing behind the scenes. Through 3D-YOU, my mission is to educate, empower, and advocate for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities, creating a world where everyone feels seen, supported, and understood—not defined by a diagnosis or judged by appearances. God has taught me that even our hardest challenges can become opportunities to serve others. I may not have chosen every obstacle, but I can choose to use my story to make a difference. Just a real life vlog of a glimpse into our day traveling to Little Rock. @archildrens In Arkansas, we have the Children’s hospital in both Little Rock (main hospital) and Springdale, but some of her specialists are only in Little Rock. So, when we do go, we have as many appointments as possible to save ourselves from multiple trips. We saw complex care (which is specialized, coordinated medical care for children with multiple medical needs or rare conditions who require support from several healthcare providers to help manage) & we also saw her neuromuscular doctor. Neuromuscular treats everything that affects her muscle tone, strength, movement, facial muscles, swallowing, and breathing, since her condition involves congenital muscle weakness and facial paralysis. We also reunited with her NICU nurse that took care of her after she was born, so that was special 🥹 Thanks for following along!
