LOAN AMOUNT: $22,800,000
LOAN TYPE: Acquisition
LOAN TERMS: Archway Capital provided an acquisition loan secured by a single-story, multi-tenant retail center consisting of 450,000 SF of net rentable area. Archway was able to close the loan within 30-days of origination. Bridge money was required due to the quick closing timeline, co-tenancy provisions and heavy rehab required for the property.
