ALC was an absolute success! I had a great time meeting new people, leading workshops, and building long lasting friendships I can cherish throughout my time as an Area 1 FFA Officer! Very excited for the rest of this year!! @emma_kk38 @bailey_page88 @mallary.allen @lilli.klosee @avery_dude27 @caylee.ray_ @karterbowen @sheyenne.f_11 @easton_jones29 @dylan.scruggs08 @sofi.5b

State leadership conference ‘26!! To say this was amazing experience is selling it short! I’ve never met so many people who have a heart to serve and a mind to lead! I have had the privilege to dive deep and truly think about why I want to lead. The answer is simple: my first priority is leading people to the feet of Jesus. I want to lead to show people what’s possible when you follow him. Oh so fun area 1, there’s an AMAZING year ahead and we’re just getting started! Be expectant for ALC!
(If anyone I took pictures with isn’t in here it’s not on purpose! I ran out of space! Each and every one of you are so awesome!)

Every year, the newly inducted Area Officers get the opportunity to attend the State Leadership Conference. This year, I am so grateful that I got to be at SLC and grow not just as an officer, but as a person and a teammate. I am so blessed to be able to call these amazing people my fellow officers! I absolutely cannot wait to see what this year has in store for us and the kind of impact that we will leave on the Area 1 Association.

Despite getting an average of 3 (maybe 4?) hours of sleep a night, I had a blast!! Getting to bond with not just my fellow officers, but other officer teams across the state made saying goodbye and going home a bittersweet moment 🫶

Thank you @area1texasffa for hosting such a great Area 1 Convention! We had such a great time making connections within the area and further developing our leadership skills. We can’t wait to see everyone at ALC!
